Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 onion
    1 can green chilies
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can taco sauce (small)
    1 can tomatoes
    1 lb. Longhorn cheese
    2 pkg. tortillas
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Warm soup, taco sauce, tomatoes and chopped chilies in saucepan.
    Grate cheese.
    Place tortillas in casserole dish.
    Cover with meat mixture, then pour soup mixture over meat.
    Top with cheese.
    Cook in 400\u00b0 oven for about 25 minutes or until heated well through.
