Chuck Or Shoulder Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 lb. roast
    1 pkg. Lipton soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Use a
    piece
    of
    aluminum foil that can seal the roast well. Put the roast in the aluminum foil that has been placed in a
    pan with
    at least 1-inch sides.
    Sprinkle the soup mix over the roast.
    Put
    the soup and water on top of the roast, too.
    Cook in a
    425\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
    Be sure you seal the foil well.
