Homemade Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
    Make a well in center and add eggs.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Turn dough onto a floured board and knead.
    Cover and let stand 30 minutes.
    Roll until dough is paper thin.
    Cut dough into lengthwise strips in desired widths.
    Let dry thoroughly.
    If not used immediately, store in air tight container in refrigerator.
