Cherry Sub Gum - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 pkg. Dream Whip
    1 c. cold milk
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Cream margarine and flour and add pecans (makes a powdery mess).
    Spread over the bottom of casserole dish.
    Bake 20 minutes or until brown at 450\u00b0.
    Cool; run fork through it to loosen.
    (It will still be powdery.)
    In 1 bowl, put Dream Whip and cold milk. Whip until fluffy.
    In another bowl, put cream cheese.
    Cream with confectioners sugar.
    Gradually add cream cheese mixture to Dream Whip using mixer.
    Pour over crust-like mixture and cool.
    When cooled, pour cherry pie filling over.
    Cool, cut into squares and serve.
