Company Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked drained noodles
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato paste
    1/2 lb. cottage cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
    1 small carton sour cream
    green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Set cooked noodles aside.
    Saute ground chuck in oil.
    Add salt, pepper, garlic salt, tomato sauce, tomato paste and 1 cup water.
    Cook 1/2 hour, then remove from heat.
    Combine in a separate bowl the cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream.
