Pineapple Delight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. lime jello
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 pt. cream-style cottage cheese
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. mayonnaise
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. horseradish mustard (this important ingredient does not predominate in taste)

Preparation

Dissolve jellos in hot water.
Add and stir in cottage cheese, pineapple, mayonnaise, lemon juice and horseradish mustard.
Pour into mold and chill.
Serves 8 to 10.
