No Knead Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cakes compressed yeast
3/4 c. lukewarm water
3/4 c. shortening
1 Tbsp. salt
6 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. boiling water
3 eggs, beaten
10 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Soften yeast in lukewarm water.
In a separate bowl combine shortening, salt and sugar.
Add the boiling water and stir until shortening is melted.
When mixture is lukewarm add yeast and beaten eggs.
Blend in sifted flour until well blended; place in greased bowl.
Cover and set in refrigerator for 2 to 12 hours. Shape into balls and place on baking sheet or in muffin tins. Brush tops with butter.
Let raise to double in bulk.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
