Browned Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans beef consomme
1 c. rice
1 onion, chopped
3/4 stick margarine
1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
-
Melt margarine.
Add onion; cook until tender.
Add rice and brown.
Add consomme.
Put in casserole dish; bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
