Fillet Of Sole In White Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sole fillets
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 bay leaves, crushed
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put fillets into greased shallow 2-quart casserole.
    Mix wine, onion, butter and dry seasonings.
    Pour over fish; cover casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
    Makes 6 servings.
