Kielbasa Pan Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large carrots, scraped and thinly sliced
    1 lb. potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. kielbasa, cut in 1/2-inch slices
    1 c. water
Preparation
    In large
    skillet over low heat, cook vegetables in oil with seasonings\tfor about 5 minutes, tossing frequently.
    Add kielbasa slices
    and
    water.
    Cover\tand
    cook over medium low heat, 15
    to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, tossing occasionally.
