Carrot-Raisin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Gently mix carrots, pineapple, raisins and nuts.
Combine mayonnaise, honey and lemon juice; pour over first mixture.
Mix. Refrigerate 1 or 2 hours to chill and blend flavors.
