"Dirt" Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 boxes chocolate instant pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
4 Tbsp. softened oleo
1 (8 oz.) Philly cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
a few gummy worms

Preparation

Whip pudding with milk, then add Cool Whip.
Mix oleo, cream cheese and sugar in a separate bowl.
Mix all ingredients together.
Crush Oreo cookies very fine.
Alternately layer in bowl Oreo, pudding, Oreo, ending with Oreo.
Add a few gummy worms.
