Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken, cut in pieces
1/3 c. oil
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and pepper in a bag.
Add chicken pieces and shake to coat well.
Heat oil in skillet; add chicken and brown.
Meanwhile, in saucepan, combine pineapple juice from canned pineapple plus enough water to make 1 1/2 cups liquid, sugar, vinegar, ginger, cornstarch, soy sauce and bouillon cube. Bring to boil and boil until all ingredients are dissolved.
Place browned chicken in large flat baking dish and pour sauce over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Add vegetables and pineapple to meat.
Return to oven for an additional 30 minutes.
