Zucchini Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla mixing well.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Set mixture aside.
    Combine flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
    Add zucchini mixture to dry ingredients.
    Stir until moist.
    Grease and fill tins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes about 2 dozen.
