Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    confectioners sugar (powdered sugar)
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt all together. Make a well in center of mixture and pour in milk and egg. Mix until smooth. Using a funnel, fill with batter and hold over very hot oil. Let the batter fall in circle motion. If using Fry Daddy make it the size of the Fry Daddy. If you use a pan, try to make it the size of your plates. Fry on each side until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
