Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. shredded hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
2 1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 1/2 c. cooked ham
1 c. milk
5 eggs
tops of green onions
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Press hash browns into pan.
Pour butter over hash browns.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 425\u00b0. Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with ham, onions and cheese.
Beat eggs; add milk and pour over top.
May also add mushrooms.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
