Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes, peeled
    1 c. sour cream
    chopped onion
    melted butter
    paprika
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    In a large soup pot, boil the potatoes; drain, season and mash potatoes.
    Add sour cream, cream cheese and onion; mix thoroughly. Place in 2-quart casserole dish and allow to cool.
    Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Top with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
