Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. oil
2 c. pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Sift together the dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients in this order:
oil, eggs, apples, vanilla and pecans.
Beat well and bake in tube pan for 1 hour.
