Oven Fried Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    apples (Winesaps are best)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 stick margarine
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Fill a large casserole
    dish
    (13 x 9-inch) with sliced apples (do not peel).
    Sprinkle sugar over apples and dot with margarine. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Cover with aluminum foil. Take a toothpick and punch a
    lot
    of
    holes
    in
    the aluminum foil. Do not add any water.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0
    oven
    for
    2
    1/2 hours.
