Gobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shortening (white Crisco)
    1 c. sugar (granulated)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour and milk in shaker and shake until flour is dissolved.
    Pour into saucepan and bring to desired thickness over low heat, constantly stirring.
    Cool slightly.
    Combine shortening with flour mixture.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat on high speed until fluffy.
