Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped fresh apples
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Add apples and pecans. Bake in 11 x 9 pan at 350\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean.
