Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cut up frying chicken
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. celery flakes
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley flakes
3/4 c. Minute rice
3/4 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Brown chicken in first 7 ingredients.
Place rice on bottom of casserole.
Add chicken on top of rice.
Mix soup and water together with drippings from pan.
Stir until just beginning to boil and then pour over chicken and rice in casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
