Lemon Ice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. granulated sugar
    4 c. boiling water
    4 lemons (juice)
    1 orange (juice)
    grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Boil sugar and water for 10 minutes.
    Strain juice and add to syrup.
    Add grated rind.
    Chill and freeze.
    Stir several times during the freezing process.
