Hamburger Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. lean ground beef
10 potatoes, peeled and sliced
4 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 large onion, peeled and sliced
1 small head cabbage (optional)
salt
pepper
Preparation

Line 9 x 12-inch baking pan with tinfoil.
Make hamburger patties and place in pan.
Top with sliced onion, potatoes and carrots.
Add sliced cabbage if desired.
Salt and pepper and seal in tinfoil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
