Evelyn'S Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen, thawed spinach
    6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    chives
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Squeeze water from spinach.
    Line bottom of casserole with spinach, then layer eggs, sour cream and soup.
    Sprinkle crumbs and chives on top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    May add tuna or ham layer after eggs.
