Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage (1 hot, 1 mild)
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    8 slices bread
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Layer bread in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Cook sausage in skillet, breaking up as it cooks.
    Drain fat and blot with paper towels.
    Sprinkle crumbled, cooked sausage over bread slices. Sprinkle cheese over top.
