Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
2 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. cream
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; cook over low heat until sugars dissolve. Cook to soft ball stage (238\u00b0 on candy thermometer).
Cool to lukewarm.
Heat until of spreading consistency.
Use on your favorite cake recipe.
