Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped fresh basil leaves
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. pine nuts
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 cloves garlic
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a food processor or in a blender; cover and process until smooth.
Makes 4 servings.
This sauce is great on almost any type of pasta.
