Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. of hamburger meat
1 can of tomato sauce
1 chopped onion
1 cup of cooked rice
salt and pepper to taste
6 bell peppers
1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cut middle out of bell peppers. Blanche bell peppers for 5 minutes. Brown hamburger meat, salt and pepper and onions. Cook rice separately. Add tomato sauce and rice to meat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour meat mixture in bell peppers. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Spread grated cheese on top of meat. Bake until cheese melts.
