Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    3 egg yolks
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 c. ReaLime juice from concentrate
    green food coloring (optional)
    whipped topping
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks, Eagle Brand milk, lime juice and just a bit of food coloring.
    Pour into pie shell and bake 30 minutes.
    Cool and chill.
    Top with whipped topping.
    Garnish as desired.
    Refrigerate the leftover pie.
