Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    12 oz. Velveeta cheese
    12 oz. evaporated milk
    12 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    12 medium flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown onion and hamburger and add taco seasoning. Put meat mixture in tortillas and roll up. Lay them in 9 x 13 pan, seam side down. Combine remaining ingredients and cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Pour sauce over tortillas. Cover and bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until bubbly. These freeze well.
