Louise'S Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. Crisco or oil
    3/4 cake yeast or 2 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of lukewarm water with 1 tablespoon sugar until foamy.
    Add 2 cups lukewarm water.
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Raise 2 hours, then knead down.
    Raise a second time for about 1 hour.
    Raise on cookie sheet another hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until done.
