Clam Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans minced clams
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 lb. butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Saute onions and pepper in melted butter.
Add clams with liquid and spices.
Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs (or more) until mixture is of spreading consistency.
Spread in a 9-inch pie plate or quiche pan.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika.
