Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) baking potatoes
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Microwave potatoes until done.
    Scoop out potato from skin. Combine potato pulp, sour cream and remaining ingredients, except cheese, in small bowl.
    Beat at medium speed just until potato lumps disappear.
    Do not overbeat.
    Stuff shells with potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
