Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

4 c. flour (Gold Medal)
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
2 c. butter Crisco
1 egg
1/2 c. cold ice water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Beat egg
into\tcold ice water and vinegar.
Mix flour, sugar and salt.
Cut
in\tCrisco\tand
add
the egg, water and vinegar. This makes 5 single crusts.
