Southern Potato Salad(Makes About 5 Cups.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 small finely chopped onion
    1/3 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine ingredients. Mix well. Cover and chill. Refrigerate leftovers.
