Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. tart jelly
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks and add sugar gradually.
    Add vanilla, salt, flour and baking powder.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour in 10 x 18-inch pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Take from pan onto cloth dusted with confectioners sugar.
    Spread with jelly, roll up and cool.
