Spiced Candied Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. whole pecans
Preparation
    Mix in saucepan the sugar and ground cinnamon.
    Stir in evaporated milk and water.
    Cook to soft ball stage, stirring constantly.
    Add vanilla and whole nuts.
    Stir until you can't stir any more.
    Turn out onto wax paper and separate.
    Keep in airtight container.
