Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. chicken or 4 or 5 breasts
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small carton sour cream
1 stick butter
3 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. almonds
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook and debone chicken.
Mix with soups, sour cream and almonds.
Melt butter and crumble crackers until all butter is taken up.
Top casserole with this and sprinkle with poppy seed. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
