Salmon Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, drained
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion, finely
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke, if desired
    1 c. pecans
    1/4 c. parsley, finely chopped or use dried
Preparation
    Mix and roll into a ball.
    You can make one larger or two small balls.
    Roll into pecans, finely chopped, and/or parsley.
