Yummy Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. natural bran
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1 large unpeeled apple, cut into chunks
1 large unpeeled orange, cut into chunks
1 c. liquid egg substitute
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. liquid artificial sweetener
Preparation

In large bowl, mix together dry ingredients and raisins.
In blender, combine apple and orange chunks and remaining ingredients. Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and mix together.
Pour batter into muffin tins lined or sprayed.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
One muffin equals 104 calories (9 calories from fat), 1 g total fat, 0 saturated fat and 0 cholesterol.
