Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. finely chopped walnuts or pecans
1 c. powdered sugar
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
4 tsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes; gradually beat in sugar.
Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. Gradually add pumpkin mixture to the flour mixture.
