Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and cut up
    1 head lettuce
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1 lb. bacon, fried
    Ranch dressing
Preparation
    Cut chicken to bite size pieces.
    Crumble bacon.
    Wash and drain lettuce.
    Layer all ingredients in bowl, starting with lettuce, then chicken, bacon, water chestnuts and cheese.
    Apply dressing as desired.
    Serves approximately 6.
