Crab Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 qt. half and half
    6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and diced
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1/4 to 1/2 onion
    1 c. dry sherry
    celery, diced fine
    1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook in crock-pot for 5 to 6 hours.
