Mustard Greens And Pork Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches mustard greens, stemmed, cleaned and cut
    1 lb. pork strips (corned beef is also good)
Preparation
    Put enough water in large Dutch oven to cover ingredients. Heat to boil.
    Lower heat and simmer 1 to 2 hours.
    Serve with corn bread.
