Diabetic Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. apples, pared and sliced
3/4 c. orange juice
Sweet 'N Low sweetener equal to 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Place the sliced apples in a 1-quart casserole.
Combine the orange juice, Sweet 'N Low, cinnamon and lemon juice.
Pour over apples and toss.
Combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter; sprinkle over apples.
Cover with foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer. Serves 6.
