Georgie'S Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red bell peppers
    12 green peppers
    3 large onions
    4 c. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Chop peppers and onions in food processor.
    Put in large pot and cover with boiling water.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Drain. Cover again with boiling water.
    Bring this to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand for 20 minutes.
    Drain dry.
    Add vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook 15 minutes. Pour into hot sterilized jars. Seal.
