15 Bean Over Ginger Rice Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. 15 bean dry soup mix (with flavor packet)
    1/4 c. bacon grease
    1 medium onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cream-style horseradish
    1 Tbsp. hot mustard
Preparation
    Boil beans for 2 hours with bacon grease to package directions. Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 30 more minutes. Add flavor package. Remove from heat.
    Prepare a 4-cup finished serving rate of white rice, adding 1 tablespoon curry powder to rice as it cooks.
    Serve 15 bean over ginger rice.
    Salt to taste.
