Layered Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, bite size
1 head cauliflower, bite size
1 large carrot, shredded
2 c. salad dressing
1 medium onion, diced
1 lb. bacon, fried and bite size
4 to 6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

In a large bowl, layer the lettuce, cauliflower and carrot. Cover this with the salad dressing, making sure it is covered completely and airtight.
Top this with the layer of onion, bacon and Cheddar cheese, then sprinkle over this the 1/4 cup sugar. Cover tightly.
Do not put in plastic bowl.
Refrigerate overnight.
Toss before serving.
