Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork ribs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except ribs, in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Brown ribs and drain grease.
    Pour sauce over ribs and bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, uncovered!
